I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years, though my primary focus is on Ashtanga-based Power Flow Yoga. I am a 200-hour Certified Yogi through Lifetime Power Yoga and the Yoga Alliance. As health and wellness has always been a passion; I have been a Certified Personal Trainer, an avid cyclist, I am a kettlebell enthusiast, and very serious about my sauna time. I believe having a solid foundation in flexibility, mobility, and breath work is crucial for life as well as a better ground game. I teach all this and more at Open Mat Yoga.
